Practical step for using the Global Network

Welcome to the all new Global Network! Everything has changed. You are now able to manage you own connections.  There are several aspects for you to learn so take it one step at a time.

• Create your personal profile called My Profile.  It includes:
  • My Contact Details which are not shared except your Country of Residence.  We show this so members can find you if they want to connect with someone from your country.
  • More bout Me helps the system find others who may match to you.
  • What's Important to Me helps the system refine the search even more

Until all our members create their profiles we suggest that everyone only complete the required fields.  When the network has grown sufficiently we will ask you to provide more detail to assist with finding a good match.

• Edit My Page is a homepage for you personally.  We suggest that you do two things to begin then elaborate as much as you like.
  • Set your Settings which allows you to decide who can see your homepage
  • Go to Edit Pages.  Give your personal homepage a title
    • Grab the text element and enter any text you want others to see when they view your homepage.  You can change this.
• You can connect to the Global Network as an individual by clicking Join the Global Network to search for another member to connect with or a Circle to join OR
• You can Create a Circle so you can connect a group to the Global Network
  • Create your Circle homepage
    • At Settings decide who will be able to see your Circle Profile.  If you want to connect you must allow other members to see.
    • Edit Pages allows you to add text, images, sounds, videos to your Circle homepage.  At the very least
      • give your page a title
      • grab text element to add text to your page
    • Circle Members is the place to invite people you know to join your Circle and to search the Global Network for members.
