Host Events
Women are gathering! Our global community of women love having a reason to meet other fascinating women, exchange ideas, connect, and do good. Peace X Peace has meaningful suggestions for creating events, screenings, and workshops in order to spread the word about the growing global community of women connecting for peace: the Peace X Peace Global Network.
Peace Salons
The world is full of fascinating people. Many of them are looking to meet one another in personal and direct ways. Peace Salons are intimate dinners or after-work gatherings at someone's home or restaurant. Thinkers and doers come together with potential funders in a comfortable, informal setting to talk, explore, and give. Peace Salons are mini-fundraising events that support our global community of women. Contact: Molly Mayfield, Development Department, molly@peacexpeace.org
"Around the Roundtable"
Peace X Peace hosts the Women's Global Roundtable, a weekly series of live, informal phone conversations with women from around the world. Each has the atmosphere of sitting around the table talking to a new friend. Consider hosting a dinner or casual gathering Around the Roundtable, while listening to a live WGR interview. You might choose a menu from the featured guest's tradition. Turn off the computer, sit back and relax with your favorite women, enjoy good food, and connect old friends with new friends around the world.

Peace X Peace Days
Picture a full day of global togetherness in your community! In the morning, we guide women through our tried and true Connecting Women for Peace workshop.
After a delectable lunch, we screen our award winning movie Women On The Frontlines. Participants will be moved by its inspiring profiles of five women creating peace in conflict zones. When it's over, they'll be ready to join with their sisters at home and abroad.
Let's do it together!
- You find the place, invite the women, and feed the hungry mouths, and we will facilitate the day, help to promote the event, and lead women into a global community where they will be transformed. Guaranteed!
- We prefer 50 attendees and recommend a donation of $15 per participant to cover expenses.

The "Connecting Women for Peace" Workshop
We are especially proud of this one! Designed by our good friend Anne Fitzgerald from Boston, this workshop guides women through the ancient practice of creating women's Circles where women are using timeless Circle principles. We don't let you stay there, though. Our Circles connect globally, and so will you by the end of the workshop. You will learn how book clubs, prayer groups, study groups, and sewing circles are going global through the Peace X Peace Global Network.
Are you interested in hosting the Connecting Women for Peace workshop? Are you already in a Peace X Peace Circle and ready to be trained as a workshop facilitator? Contact Lynn McClintock lynn@peacexpeace.org.
Host a Viewing Party with Peace by Peace: Women on the Frontlines
Our award-winning documentary Peace X Peace: Women on the Frontlines provides an exclusive view of the world through the eyes of 10 determined and compassionate women building peace out of conflict and crisis. You can share their lives with your family, friends, and community.
It's easy to share your passion for peace and the empowerment of women as peacebuilders around the world. With a push of the Play button, you become a spokesperson for Peace X Peace! Your viewing party could be an informal gathering in your home or a public event.
Peace X Peace donors at the $100 level may request their own VHS or DVD gift copy of the documentary for small private viewings. For large public viewings, contact Liora Herman liora@peacexpeace.org.
